- Different countries have differences in their phone systems (rings, busy
- signals, etc) and their laws and regulations which control use of the phone
- system (black listing, repeat dialing speed, etc).

- Perhaps some more knowlegable user may be able to advise on
- how to flash a Courier with a different country flasher. Or, if you can
- get USR support to answer, they could tell you.
